Durvesh Developments (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a web development and AI automation studio based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data of our clients, prospective clients, and visitors to our website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you share via our website, WhatsApp, or email — name, phone number, email, business name, and project brief.
• Project content you provide for delivery — logos, copy, images, product details.
• Basic analytics like pages visited and device type, used to improve the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and send proposals.
• To deliver and maintain the services you have engaged us for.
• To send invoices, receipts, and service-related updates.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations in India.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Service providers

We use trusted vendors strictly to operate our business — for example Razorpay for payments, Hostinger for hosting, Google Workspace for email, and WhatsApp Business for communication. Your data is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

5. Retention

We keep client records for as long as our engagement continues and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry data from people who do not become clients is deleted within 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent at any time, or raise a grievance. Write to durveshdevlopments@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
