Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you engage Durvesh Developments for website design, development, AI automation, WhatsApp Business setup, payment gateway integration, or related services. Engaging us — by signing a proposal, paying an advance, or confirming a scope over WhatsApp or email — means you accept these terms.

2. Scope and timelines

The scope, deliverables, and price for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins. Indicative delivery timelines (e.g. 24–72 hours) assume timely sharing of content, approvals, and access. Delays from the client side extend the timeline by an equivalent period.

3. Payments

• Most projects require a 50% advance to start and 50% before final handover, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments are processed in INR via Razorpay or direct bank transfer.
• GST is charged where applicable. Government fees (domain, hosting, payment gateway charges) are billed at actuals.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds described in the proposal. Additional revisions, change of scope, or new features are billed separately at our prevailing rate.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand assets and content, and ensure you own or have the right to use them.
• Hold the credentials for your domain, hosting, Razorpay, Google, and WhatsApp accounts and keep them secure.
• Approve milestones within a reasonable time so delivery is not blocked.

6. Ownership and licences

On full payment, you own the final website content, design, and any custom code created for you. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, fonts, stock imagery) remain licensed under their original terms. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Warranties and liability

We deliver the services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, leads, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party can end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable, and any unused portion of an advance is refunded as per the refund policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
